It's now week 33 and baby V weights around two kilos and she's 40 cm long. I'm taking the opportunity to rest and relax a lot. I started going to yoga around week 25 and I'm now going twice a week. The place I'm going to is called Yogayama, it's a very popular studio on Östermalm, mostly for “regular” yoga but also for pregnancy yoga. I truly recommend yoga for all mommies to be, it's very intuitive and spiritual + it's feels great to get some exercise done. It's preparing for both the actual birth and the life after… The teachers are great. It might be a bit on the expensive side (2200 sek for 10 classes), but it's worth it. There's an amazing vegetarian lunch restaurant called Koloni on top of the yoga studios, so if you're in the neighborhood you should definitely visit, Jungfrugatan 8.
