Almost every Sunday I have Sunday dinner with my dear cousin Josefin at Riche. This also happened today. My favorite dish on the menu at the moment is pan fried pike-perch with caramelized endive and celery puree with truffle gravy. OMG this is soooo good! I really hope they never remove this dish from the menu!
