Have to admit I’ve been a little busy lately. I have been in the countryside, where I have spent time with new furry friends. However, now I’m back in town. There will be fashion-related updates soon! Tomorrow I’m invited to wine and pasta party at Ella’s balcony. Really hope that the sun chooses to return.
See you soon!
- Better late than never. Things came between. Such as sun, summer and rosé wine in the park. Compared with these images, I have now gained approximately 789 new freckles and my skin has adopted an unpleasant color, similar to strawberries.Anyway. Here is my affordable outfit.I’m wearing vintage dress from Beyond Retro, bag from Myrorna, shoes from Stadsmissionen secondhand, necklace from HM. The earrings and headgear I made myself out of cloth flowers from HM and an old necklace. The entire outfit cost me apx 500 SEK (50€) shoes and bag included. Since I went all in to be super thrifty I have not used any makeup except lipstick.Photos: Kevin Nivek Gonzalez
- I got an email from a reader who thought that I often used expensive designer clothes. She asked for more affordable outfits that she, as a student could be inspired by.In my defense I have to say that I often dress in secondhand clothes but often mixed with more expensive designer clothes and accessories. I like the mix of old and new, cheap and expensive. And I agree that style can never be bought for money! However, I took this mail as a challenge and today I have put together an outfit exclusively consisting of very affordable garments and accessories. The picture above is a sneak peak, the full outfit will be published on the blog during the evening (depending on how much rosé wine I’ll consume, it could also be tomorrow). Now I’m heading out to enjoy the lovely sun. See you soon!
