Found this floral dress that makes all the old grannies curtains seem plain and booring. For 199 SEK it felt as a bargain! Also wearing my new Marc Jacobs boots and the last pictures also featuring a vintage jacket I found in Paris. As you can see I nearly blew away in the wind as we were shooting. But hey I'm still here! At the moment I'm sitting on the sofa just chilling (and drinking wine). This week will be quite busy. There will be work, studies, parties, fashion shows and much more!Stay tuned!Photos: Kevin Nivek Gonzalez
Woke up today, looked out and was almost shocked when I realized that the rain was pouring down for the first time in like weeks! Eaven though the temperatures was quite summery, this day felt like the perfect first day for using the perfect fall bag. This little red fellow is going to be my friend this season! Ofc it's from Marc Jacobs ;)
Last night when I was going to sleep I started reading this blog and realized that I'm soon going to be classified as a grumpy old lady. I just want to claim that I'm (well most of the time) a quite positive person. However, I think that something is happening to people when they get older. For example, my grandfather had his own perspectives when showing appreciation. If something was REALLY good, he always said: “well, it could have been a lot worse”. This expression was used as his ultimat compliment. So please guys, when reading this blog, consider that this is were I'm heading!
I have been super tired today and will soon go to bed. Tomorrow is my second day at school studying hebrew. I'm super confused but still really looking forward to it!
Another almost summery day has passed. Walked the hoods in an unusually simple and almost “nordic” outfit. Wearing H&M blouse, vintage jeans, slip-in denim sandals from Nelly and clutch from Stella Mc Cartney. Ann-Sofie Back and secondhand rings.
Speaking of the “nordic style”, the other day I spotted an instagram-account ranking the “best dressed nordic bloggers”. The list featured 10 well dressed young bloggers. Nothing bad about these girls and guys at all. However I was a bit disappointed about the total absence of colors. I also noticed that everyone looked almost the same. Frankly, I would have been happy to see someone standing out, wearing colors and showing a little more personal creativity in the way he or she was dressed. For me personally, this is what inspires me! For me, fashion is fun and a way of communicating your personality towards the surrounding. I really love to see people dressing up, showing their personal style with colors, patterns and creativity! The other day I spotted an old lady, perhaps in her late 80's walking her dog in the park. I really regret that I didn't asked her if I could take a photo of her. Her style was really exceptional, a rarity these days!
