My blog is about my everyday life.
That includes my interests in interior, design, architecture, graphics, art and also my love for books.

I am currently a student at Konstfack in the Master Programme - Spatial Design/Interior Architecture.

In my blog I will share what I like and what inspires me as well as my own ongoing projects.

  • KONSTFACK / SPRING EXHIBITION

As you might have noticed I have had a lot of other things on my mind lately, finishing my thesis and the spring exhibition, and things take more time than you think at certain times. Sitting in my space, finishing the last pieces for Thursday when the exhibition starts! So, you are very welcome between 11-21 of May. At 4 pm the vice-chancellor together with the curator will hold a short speach as part of the opening ceremony. Hope to see you! My work is exhibited in one of the spaces of the long hallway in the main building.

  • CHARCOAL DRAWING.

In a few days I have my first presentation of my master thesis. I am really sorry that the blog is not what it used to be in a way. Sometimes the time is not enough for making it work. So until I find the right phase again I will upload things that I have been doing during this project. After the presentation me and my friend leave for Copenhagen over the weekend for a well deserved break I would say.

  • ON MY WORKTABLE.

It has been busy times lately. And when I have been free from things to do, I have tried to really focus on me and my partner. It has been deadline after deadline, so my body has not been happy because of all stress. New week, and my process is undergoing changes. This is how my worktable looks in the scuplture studio at the moment. It is my zone where I just focus on my thinking and doing. It is where I feel free and calm. It helps me to slow down in all the stress of a master thesis. It is just my hands and the clay, and when they meet things begins to happen.

    Love, Mathilda Clahr
