Ludmila Christeseva is a multimedia artist who focuses on gender identity and questions relating to representation across cultures. Today she is an art director and executive producer for the international exhibition “Ingmar Bergman and his legacy in fashion and art”, which has been showcased in more than 60 countries around the world during 2018.

L. Christeseva is an author of the educational platform Fashion speaks, which was successfully launched in parallel to Fashion Week 2018. The project focuses on the theme of femininity, extending and enhancing the perception of fashion beyond the expression of individual identity. Contrasting conceptually and ideologically with the idea of the established Fashion Week, it aims to disrupt the current paradigm of the fashion industry. It uses fashion as a tool for spreading consciousness of important social and political issues, facilitating dialogue and the search for creative solutions.
