  • Walking the windy streets of Sthlm wearing Marc Jacobs x MTV sweater, bag and shoes. Vintage feather scarf and vintage skirt, earrings from H&M and rings from Bedazzled Jewelry.

I'm soooo tired of Swedish winter right now. One day it's sunny and you start believing that spring is arriving, the other day it's snowing and the wind feels like spikes of ice when it hits the face. I really hate this roller coaster ride between hope and despair.

Yesterday we ignored the weather-related blues and took the train to Millesgården Museum where we visited the art exhibition by Gerda Wegener. It was amazing! Perhaps you have seen the movie “The Danish Girl” based on Gerda and her partner Lilis life and art. We all felt a sudden urge to live in a bohemian lair in 1920th century Paris, drinking red whine and paint images of promiscuous women in decadent bars.

Instead, we took the train back to town and had dinner at Riche. After Paris this was perhaps second best!

    Hope you are fine!

  • I was soooo sure spring was on it's way. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Woke up today and realized that it was snowing. Well it was some sort of mix between snow, slush and rain.. Had to go out and after about two seconds I had accidentally walked straight into a big pool of slush. Unfortunately I was wearing suede heels and silk pants. This could be the most stupid outfit when thinking of this day in restrospect.

However… since I felt that I had to cheer myself up I had to buy this colorful and super chunky necklace! Love it!

Take care! May the force be with you in the battle against the slush!

  • Just landed at home after an amazing vacay in Jamaica! Sooo in love with the place! Love the vibe, the relaxed feeling and ofc the white sand and the turquoise water! Have had a perfect time and recommend everyone to go visit Jamaica and Seven Mile Beach in particular!

We had fresh lobster every day, were chilling out at the beach, took a boat ride and simply enjoyed life! I brought my camera but never used it!! However here are some pictures from my iphone!

    Take care!

    Love, Karin
