Bohemian living in Birkastan in a small flat crowded with clothes, shoes and fashion magazines. Previous archaeologist now working my way in the fashion business. You'll  probably find me hanging out at local bars. I love wine and colorful eclectic outfits.

  • Since I had a day off (and these have recently been relatively rare) I started off with a creative project that I for some time have been eager to try.
I started with a visit to the nearest store with a comprehensive range of strange hair colors and bought several cans of bright blue hair color. The cashier looked skeptically at me as if she thought I was suffering from an existential 30-year crisis. She could not know that I was working on an fashion/art project and I had no time to explain myself.
At home I had found an old white sheepskin that had become a little yellowed in tone. My plan was to color it with blue color and produce a big stylish turquoise collar. I reckoned that the yellow tones would interfere with the blue color and and give me the perfect shade. At least in theory, this sounded like a great idea. Said and done. I started. However, quickly realized that it was both stickier and more complicated than I had expected. Time passed and I was sweating as if I was at a gym (I have never been to a gym, but I have heard that exercise is tough as hell).
I would be exaggerating if I said that the result was fantastic, but I am quite pleased since it was my first try!

  • No one can have missed that Christmas is approaching. I must admit that I have not set up the Christmas decorations. The plan was to set up the decorations last weekend, but I was probably too numb after consuming large amounts of mulled wine so I never did. Now it feels like there is really no point in making an effort. Soon Christmas is over, and with my lethargic attitude there is an imminent risk that the Christmas decorations are not removed until midsummer.

However, in the absense of proper Christmas decorations, I started tweaking together a red “christmas inspired” headpiece.
