This is the brownies I served on my birthday. I just think they are amazing. I borrowed the recipe but used one dl less coconut sugar and added some dates. I don't really like when the cakes are TO sweet, so I thought my mix of coconut sugar and dates became a perfect balance of sweetness. And for you who wonder; I used 86 % Lindt chocolate in the brownie. If you not are that hardcore, use more coconut sugar and lighter chocolate.
