I got burnt badly the other day on my arm while cooking. As soon as the worst hot sting feeling had cooled down a bit I drenched it with Elizabeth Arden’s 8h cream. I know a lot of people don’t like this cream but my gosh I do! It’s been in my kit for over 10 years and I probably wont stop using it. It is perfect for burns as it heels the wound. I am am certain that if I didn’t use it on my burn it probably would look awful and the heeling process.
This week it came to my attention that apple cider vinegar is super healthy! Good for skin and hair, intestinal bacterial flora, metabolism and much more! So every morning, about 30min before my breakfast (when I eat breakfast) I mix about a tablespoon in a glass of water and chug it down! On day three now so wish me good luck! But I see why Japanese and Koreans have a long life expectancy, the fermented foods. Back in the days, vinegar was apparently used directly on the skin, I think that is one thing I will not be doing!
My nails have been terrible for a while now, taking advantage of sitting and editing pictures to freshen up the nails. Now using Chanel Afterglow, such a nice natural shade with touch of light pink pearl shimmer. This is a part of the Cruise Collection coming out 1st June! Love it!
